Questions, answered.
Clear answers about the platform, your data and how AndR fits into your artist strategy.
About AndR
What AndR is, and how it fits next to your team.
What is AndR?
AndR brings everything around the artist into one place: the artist’s data, every partner and every initiative. It shows the team what is happening, what it means and what to do next, across music, comms, fans and live.
Who is AndR for?
Management and live agents behind established artists, and the labels and agencies they work with. It is built for teams where many people make calls about the same artist.
Are you a competitor to artist management firms?
No. AndR works for management, not instead of it. When our strategists are involved, they support the team you already have.
Does AndR work with the label and the agent?
Yes. Each partner works in their own workspace, and you decide what each one sees: by category, by activity and by connected data source.
Does AndR replace my team?
No. It gives everyone around the artist the same picture, so the team spends less time pulling numbers together and more time making calls.
What kind of artists work with AndR?
Mostly established artists with a team around them, from acts in a release cycle to catalogs that span decades. Client relationships stay confidential, so we don’t publish a roster.

How the platform works, from what moved to the next move.
Is AndR just another analytics dashboard?
No. Dashboards show what happened. AndR shows what it means, what to do next and whether it paid off.
Do I need to enter all my data manually?
No. Data comes in automatically once the artist is set up. Your team can add additional data for a sharper picture.
How does AndR decide what to do next?
It looks across everything around the artist and ranks next moves by expected impact. Every recommendation shows the signals behind it, and Ask AndR explains the reasoning.
What insights do I get?
What changed, what it means and what to do next, across music, comms, fans and live. We show the full picture on a walkthrough.
What data does AndR bring together?
The artist’s music, comms, fans and live data in one place, plus anything your team chooses to add. We go through the sources on a walkthrough.
How often is my data updated?
Most sources refresh daily.
Is my music uploaded to AndR?
No. AndR never needs the audio. You keep full creative ownership.
Data and privacy
Your data stays yours. This is how we handle it.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in the EU and handled under GDPR, end to end.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. We don’t sell, license or share the artist’s data. Partners only see what you choose to share with them.
What data do you collect?
Only what is needed to run the artist’s workspace: performance data, the data your team adds, fan opt-ins the artist collects and basic account details. Listening data is aggregated, so we never see who individual listeners are.
Where is my data stored?
On secure servers in the EU.
Who can see my data?
Only your team and the partners you invite, and only what you share with each of them. When AndR strategists work with you, they have access under strict confidentiality.
